Toronto, Ontario, Canada – October 2024 – Krista Brenner has transitioned into a new role as Director of Talent Acquisition at Bayshore HealthCare. In this strategic position, Krista will lead the Talent Acquisition team across five divisions nationwide, overseeing recruitment strategies, sourcing, and implementing a comprehensive training program to strengthen recruitment capabilities throughout Bayshore’s healthcare staffing division.
Previously, Krista served as Director of Operations at Bayshore HealthCare, where she established a new division to enhance recruitment capabilities and drive operational excellence. Her focus was on sourcing top-tier executive talent to meet the complex demands of the healthcare sector. During her tenure, she developed strategic workforce plans, introduced recruitment metrics, and implemented transformational changes to align with Bayshore’s business goals.
Before that, Krista co-founded Recruiter Realm, a network dedicated to supporting recruiters worldwide through professional development, career advising, and mental health resources. In this role, Krista led a vibrant community of recruitment professionals, emphasizing continuous learning, support, and collaboration.
Earlier, Krista served as Director, SRG Talent – Life Sciences at SRG, where she specialized in STEM and Life Sciences recruitment. Her achievements included decreasing time-to-fill for urgent roles and supporting internal teams in high-demand environments. She also held roles as Team Lead – Talent Acquisition Specialist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bayshore HealthCare, supporting divisions like Bayshore Medical Personnel and Bayshore Northern Staffing.
Her journey in recruitment began at Cambridge Memorial Hospital, where she worked as Recruitment Specialist and HR & Recruitment Administration Assistant, streamlining recruitment processes and championing exceptional candidate experiences.
