Boston, Massachusetts, USA – October 2024 – Bethany Sigler has been appointed as Director of Talent Planning at CGI, where she will oversee talent strategy, workforce planning, and development initiatives to optimize the talent landscape across CGI’s operations.
Prior to her new role, Bethany Sigler was the Strategic Initiative Program Manager at CGI, where she led the development and execution of key strategic programs for over two and a half years. Her work included improving processes, driving efficiency, and implementing best practices across the organization.
Before her tenure at CGI, Bethany served as the Director, Client First North America at Aptitude Software. She led post-implementation services, quality assurance, and client success management, focusing on stakeholder engagement and strategic relationship development. Her tenure at Aptitude Software spanned nearly a year, during which she played a pivotal role in delivering value-add services and support to North American clients.

Bethany’s earlier experience at CGI included roles such as Director, Client Delivery Management, Director, Strategic Services Delivery, and Director, Delivery Portfolio Owner. In these positions, she demonstrated her expertise in client success, ERP software implementations, strategic planning, and delivery management.
Her extensive career also includes roles such as Senior Transition Manager and Client Delivery Manager, further enriching her expertise in managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and enhancing client relationships.
