Fort Myers, Florida, United States, January 2025 – Kristan Schrider has been appointed as the Vice President, People Strategy & Analytics at F5, where she will lead strategic initiatives focused on workforce analytics, talent optimization, and culture transformation.
Schrider joins F5 after spending over 11 years at Google, where she served as Director, People Ops Strategy & Operations. In this role, she was responsible for developing and executing Google’s long-term people strategies, overseeing multi-year strategic initiatives, and driving operational excellence across the HR function.
Before her tenure at Google, Schrider spent approximately 9 years at J.Lodge as Director of Human Resources, where she led HR and training functions, focusing on talent acquisition, culture-building, and employee retention strategies. She was instrumental in designing HR policies and processes that fostered a high-performing workforce.
