Kristina has spent more than a decade with Bridge Investment Group, most recently serving as Director of Human Resources for nearly eight years. In this capacity, she managed all HR operations and strategy across the organization, overseeing areas such as benefits administration, employee relations, payroll, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and talent acquisition. She also played a pivotal role in driving diversity and inclusion, establishing the Bridge Women’s Network, and advancing equitable growth opportunities across the firm.

Before her leadership tenure as Director, Kristina served as Human Resources Manager at Bridge, where she strengthened compliance frameworks, implemented HR policy reforms, and enhanced the organization’s people processes to align with the firm’s rapid expansion and complex regulatory landscape. Her contributions during this phase laid the foundation for Bridge’s cohesive and values-driven culture.

Prior to joining Bridge Investment Group, Kristina worked with Sizzling Platter, LLC, where she managed benefits administration, FMLA processing, and worker’s compensation programs across multiple locations, ensuring compliance and employee satisfaction. Her earlier experiences include serving as a Human Resource Representative for the Judicial Branch with the State of Utah, and as an FMLA Leave Coordinator at JCPenney, where she gained a strong grounding in HR compliance and employee relations.

She began her HR career as Director of Human Resources at Automatic Discipline and earlier served as an Executive Secretary at Intermountain Healthcare, where she developed her administrative and organizational management expertise.

Kristina is widely recognized for her ability to drive results, foster inclusive work environments, and align HR strategy with organizational vision, positioning her as a key leader in Bridge’s next phase of growth.
