Wilmington, North Carolina, United States, December 2025 — Kristina Light has stepped into a new leadership role as the Director of People Operations at Windsor Path, bringing with her a distinguished career spanning two decades across global people operations, HR governance, talent strategy, and organizational development.
In her new role, she will lead people operations across Windsor Path’s fast-scaling ecosystem of accounting and tax firms, supporting the organization’s vision of enabling partner-led growth through a unified, scalable platform.
Before joining Windsor Path, Kristina Light served as Human Resources Director at Advantage Communications Group, where she led global HR operations across the Americas and Europe. She partnered closely with senior leadership to execute workforce planning, build recruitment and retention strategies, launch an internship program, modernize the careers page, and oversee key HR functions across a distributed workforce of 110 professionals. Her work significantly strengthened operational alignment, talent processes, and the employee experience across the organization.
Prior to that, she held the role of Human Resources Director at CloudWyze, where she served as a member of the executive leadership team. In this capacity, she shaped and executed people strategy across talent acquisition, L&D, performance management, compensation planning, employee engagement, and organizational design. She implemented innovative hiring tactics that improved recruitment efficiency for hard-to-fill roles and contributed significantly to building a positive, high-growth organizational culture.
Her earlier consulting experience includes her tenure as a Human Resources Consultant with DB Engagements, where she developed strategic people and HR operational plans for a pre-seed startup. This role leveraged her expertise in HR transformation, strategic planning, legal compliance, and workforce structuring to support early-stage organizational foundations.
Much of Kristina’s foundational leadership was built during her impactful four-year tenure as Human Resources Director at Alliance Animal Health, where she supported company growth from 35 to 180 locations with revenue scaling from $75M to over $400M across 27 states. She built an HR team of eight, implemented major benefits and retirement programs, led M&A change management, enhanced HR technology, and consolidated 75 payrolls. Her work played a pivotal role in scaling HR infrastructure for an organization undergoing hypergrowth.
Prior to this, she held significant HR leadership roles at Antenna International, LogicSource, Inc., Quickcomm, Media Storm, Noble Group, Infotrieve, and spent nearly three years with Swiss Re America Holding Corp. in HR operations, international mobility, and program administration. Across all these roles, she strengthened total rewards, organizational design, compliance, employee relations, HRIS implementation, and operational effectiveness.
