In this pivotal role, Kunwar will be responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources strategies, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, organizational development, and driving cultural transformation to align with the company’s strategic vision.
Kunwar Bhanu Pratap Singh brings over two decades of rich HR leadership experience to his role. Most recently, he served as Group HR Leader at Aeon Market Research Pvt. Ltd., where he successfully managed HR functions across 22+ locations for over six years, focusing on total rewards strategies, culture change, and employer branding.
Prior to this, Kunwar was General Manager – HR & IR at Micro Engineering Ltd., where he partnered with the plant leadership team to implement human resources processes, performance management, and development planning initiatives for nearly three years.
He also served as Chief Country Manager – HR & Admin (E-Commerce) at Westwing Home & Living, where he led HR-related risk management, policy implementations, and diversity initiatives for over three years. Earlier in his career, Kunwar was Director – Training & Placements at Guru Jambheshwar University, where he spearheaded career planning, training programs, and placements for students at the institution.
Kunwar’s extensive HR expertise also includes roles such as Sr. Manager – HR & Talent Acquisition at AVA Merchandising Solutions, and Chief Manager – HR & Support Services at Times Logistics Ltd., where he demonstrated proficiency in organizational development, compliance, and management development.
