Hyderabad, Telangana, India, February 2026 – HighRadius has promoted Lakshmi Srinivasan to the position of Director – People & Culture Analytics, recognizing her strong leadership in HR analytics, employee engagement, and strategic people initiatives.
In her new role, Lakshmi will lead advanced analytics initiatives that support People & Culture strategy across global markets. She will continue driving data-backed decision-making, performance management frameworks, succession planning processes, and KPI-driven operational excellence within the People & Culture function.
Lakshmi joined HighRadius nearly three years ago and most recently served as HR Analytics & Employee Engagement Lead, where she led analytical support for Employee Experience and People Operations teams across North America and EMEA. She played a key role in strengthening performance evaluation processes, implementing structured bi-annual reviews, succession planning, and career path development programs. Earlier, as Associate Director – People & Culture, she worked closely with global HR leaders to streamline performance systems and was recognized as a 2024 “Culture Champ” awardee.
Before HighRadius, Lakshmi served as Manager – Performance & Compensation Benefits at Bharti AXA Life Insurance, where she led nationwide performance appraisal cycles for approximately 1,400 employees and designed competitive compensation and retention frameworks. She also worked as Chief Manager – HR Business Partner at Kotak Investment Banking, supporting multiple business lines, and as Assistant Manager – HR at Kalpataru Limited, where she managed compensation structures, onboarding COE operations, performance cycles, and HRIS implementation.
Lakshmi is an alumna of XLRI Jamshedpur (PGDHRM), bringing strong academic grounding in human resource management and analytics-driven strategy.
Her promotion reflects HighRadius’ continued commitment to leveraging data and analytics to build high-performing, future-ready people functions.
