Atlanta, Georgia, United States, October 2025 — Solidaire HVAC & Energy Solutions, a leading national commercial HVAC and energy services platform, has announced the appointment of LaQuenta Jacobs as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, LaQuenta will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, leading the design and execution of a people strategy that drives performance, cultural alignment, and workforce resilience across Solidaire’s U.S. and Canadian operations.
Before joining Solidaire, LaQuenta served as Global Vice President, People and Culture at Kimberly-Clark, where she led enterprise-wide talent strategies aligned with global transformation, cultural evolution, and ESG imperatives. She was instrumental in embedding inclusive leadership, developing succession frameworks, and shaping a people-first culture across a diverse global workforce.
Prior to that, she was Chief Diversity Officer at XPO Logistics, Inc., where she advanced diversity, equity, and inclusion across North America. Initially joining XPO as Vice President, Human Resources, she managed HR functions across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, overseeing organizational design, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
Earlier in her career, LaQuenta spent over six years at Delta Air Lines as Senior Human Resources Manager, providing HR leadership for more than 8,000 global employees and driving key initiatives in performance management, organizational design, and succession planning. Her earlier leadership roles at The Home Depot, Deloitte, Radiant Systems, NCR Corporation, Turner Broadcasting System, and Georgia-Pacific helped her build a deep foundation in strategic HR planning, culture transformation, and leadership development.
LaQuenta holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clark Atlanta University and is widely recognized for her expertise in human capital strategy, organizational design, and diversity leadership.
