Larinda Donnellon has been with Brisbane Airport Corporation for nearly six years. Most recently, she served as the Senior Human Resources Manager, where she played a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and driving organizational change. Her efforts were instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and streamlining HR processes.
Prior to her role as Senior Human Resources Manager, Larinda was a Human Resources Business Partner at Brisbane Airport Corporation. In this position, she was responsible for partnering with business leaders to provide strategic HR support, including talent management, performance management, and employee development. Her contributions helped align HR initiatives with business objectives, fostering a cohesive and productive work environment.
Larinda began her journey at Brisbane Airport Corporation as an HR Advisor, where she gained valuable experience in HR operations, policy development, and employee relations. Her commitment to excellence and continuous improvement laid a strong foundation for her subsequent roles within the organization.
Before joining Brisbane Airport Corporation, Larinda worked as a People and Culture Advisor at yourtown, where she was responsible for supporting HR initiatives and driving cultural change across the organization. Her experience in this role provided her with a broad perspective on HR management and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, Larinda held the position of HR Officer at Queensland Rail and Moreton Bay Regional Council. In these roles, she developed expertise in HR administration, recruitment, and employee relations, contributing to the overall effectiveness of HR functions within these organizations.
