Her tenure at New Hope Group spanned over three years, during which she led teams in recruitment, payroll, and remuneration as HR Manager – Services and Projects, and contributed to organizational growth initiatives as a Senior HR Advisor – Projects.
Previously, Roberts worked at Woolworths Group as a People Advisor, focusing on performance management and HR improvement activities. Her career at BHP showcased her exceptional leadership capabilities across various HR roles, including Principal Human Resources Business Partner at Poitrel and South Walker Creek Mines, where she implemented enterprise agreements and facilitated successful workforce transitions.
With over two decades of HR experience, Roberts has demonstrated a deep commitment to fostering strong cultures and delivering strategic HR solutions.
