Laura has been an integral part of SKIMS for over three years, previously serving as Senior Director of Global Recruitment and Talent. In this role, she was responsible for building and developing high-performing teams worldwide, streamlining recruitment processes, and strengthening employer branding. Her leadership was instrumental in structuring advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS) and shaping the company’s talent development framework.
Before SKIMS, Laura led Creative Talent Consulting, a talent acquisition firm she founded, where she worked with renowned brands, including GOOD AMERICAN, SKIMS, Brady, and Safely. Through this venture, she specialized in talent acquisition, team-building, and strategic workforce planning for the fashion, media, and technology sectors.
Her career also includes a tenure at KORE1 as Director of Creative Talent, where she focused on recruitment and business development for digital, creative, and marketing talent across various industries. Laura’s deep expertise in talent strategy, compensation planning, and workforce optimization has been a driving force behind her success in the HR and recruitment field.
