Her expanded leadership role reflects her dedication to cultivating employee-centric culture and operational excellence across the organization.
Laura’s HR journey spans more than six years with RHP Group, including prior responsibilities as an HR Business Partner. Earlier in her career, she contributed to HR excellence at Oxfam in a similarly influential HR Business Partner role, and at King’s College, Dogs Trust, University of Oxford, Imperial College London, Oxford Brookes University, and HSBC, where she served in a range of HR administration and advisory capacities.
Laura earned her Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from London Metropolitan University and holds a BA in Music from the University of Southampton. Her education complements a broad HR skill set acquired across sectors, equipping her to guide RHP Group in providing innovative, people-focused services.
