Orchidée-Noire brings a wealth of experience in learning and development, leadership programs, and organizational strategy. Before joining Portage Point Partners, she worked at McKinsey & Company for six years in progressively senior roles within McKinsey Academy, where she spearheaded client delivery initiatives, developed digital learning strategies, and led team operations, earning recognition for her expertise in product strategy and relationship management.
Earlier, she served as a Senior Analyst in Learning and Development at Capco, where she was instrumental in designing and delivering effective learning solutions tailored to the financial services sector. Her tenure at Goldman Sachs as a Coordinator with the Pine Street Learning and Development team further solidified her ability to foster growth through structured training programs.
Orchidée-Noire began her career at ADAPT Community Network, where she honed her skills in training administration and organizational coordination, laying the groundwork for her future success in developing people-centric strategies.
