New York City Metropolitan Area, December 2024 – Emily Kunsman has started her new role as Vice President, Talent Advisor at JPMorgan Chase. Bringing nearly a decade of experience within the firm, Emily will play a key role in shaping talent strategies and fostering workforce excellence within the organization.
Emily joined JPMorgan Chase in 2015 and has since demonstrated her expertise across various human resources and workforce strategy roles. Most recently, she served as Vice President, where she was recognized for her contributions to change management and workforce strategy. Her prior accomplishments include developing organizational change management strategies for the Product Operating Model and contributing to the Global Technology Workforce Strategy.
Earlier in her career, Emily honed her expertise as a Senior Associate, where she focused on cultural transformation and engagement initiatives. Her tenure at JPMorgan Chase began as a Recruiting Specialist, where she managed recruitment efforts across multiple lines of business. Before joining the firm, she gained valuable experience at Havas Media and USTA, showcasing her dedication to fostering talent and organizational growth.
