London, United Kingdom, April 2025 – Laura Packwood has joined Digital Voices as the Chief People Officer, bringing over two decades of rich experience in HR leadership, people strategy, and organizational development. In her new role, Laura will drive global people operations, talent development, and culture initiatives as Digital Voices continues its international growth journey across influencer marketing and creative strategy.
Prior to this appointment, Laura Packwood served as Human Resources Director at CTI Digital, where she led the company’s talent strategy and supported its digital transformation agenda through progressive HR practices and culture-building.
Before CTI, she spent over four years at AppLearn®, where she held multiple roles, including VP of People and Head of People. During her tenure, she implemented robust engagement and development programs while championing diversity and inclusion across global teams.
Earlier, she held significant positions at Hill Dickinson LLP, where she was Talent and Development Business Partner for nearly five years and previously served as Learning & Development Manager for close to six years. Her career began with key learning and HR roles at Citizens Advice, Wirral Council, and Herbert Smith Freehills, building her foundational expertise in leadership development and organizational communication.
