Washington D.C. Metro Area, United States, June 2024 – Convergint is pleased to announce that Laura Sheehan has joined as the new Vice President, Human Resources.
Laura Sheehan joins Convergint from Cushman & Wakefield, where she was Vice President, Head of People Partnering, Global Occupier Services for approximately 1.5 years. In this role, she led HR initiatives for global occupier services, driving strategic HR partnerships and delivering tailored people solutions.
Prior to that, Laura held the position of Vice President, People Partnering at C&W Services for about 1 year. She was responsible for overseeing HR functions and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Earlier in her career, Laura worked with Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) as Vice President/Human Resources for around 5 years. She provided HR leadership and support across various business units, enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
