New York, United States, July 2025 — Laura Supan has been promoted to Chief People Officer at Chronograph, marking a significant leadership milestone in her HR journey with the organization. In this new role, she will lead Chronograph’s people strategy across talent management, organizational effectiveness, total rewards, and culture as the company scales its offerings for private capital investors globally.
Laura has been with Chronograph for over three years, during which she held key roles including Vice President, People and later Senior Vice President, People. Her tenure has been pivotal in professionalizing Chronograph’s people function and implementing scalable HR frameworks to support the firm’s growth in the fintech space.
Prior to joining Chronograph, Laura spent over eight years at KORE Software, where she most recently served as Vice President, Global HR. She was responsible for developing global HR strategies, managing operations across four countries, and leading all core HR functions including total rewards, recruiting, and policy governance. Earlier, she also served as Director of Operations, overseeing both HR and administrative operations and building the foundational systems for HR effectiveness.
Earlier in her career, Laura spent over five years at Target Research Group as Project Director, managing project implementations and research analysis. Her role included creating quantitative research tools and supporting executive leadership in administrative capacities.
