Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, December 2024 – Lauren Cofrin has stepped into the role of Director of People and Culture at UnitedLex, a global leader in legal and compliance innovation. With extensive experience in talent development and global HR strategies, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge to this new role. She will lead initiatives to foster employee engagement and optimize organizational culture.
Lauren joined UnitedLex in January 2022 as Director of Talent Acquisition – AMS and EMEA, where she managed global talent acquisition strategies and supported the company’s expansive growth.

Prior to UnitedLex, Lauren spent nearly eight years at Robert Half, where she progressed through several leadership roles. As Vice President / Project Fulfillment Practice Director, she spearheaded initiatives to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives. Earlier, as Assistant Vice President / Division Director of Project Fulfillment, she focused on streamlining processes and fostering team success.
Lauren also served as Director of Legal Projects at Robert Half, overseeing large-scale legal project staffing and management across Ohio and the Tri-State area. Her career began with roles emphasizing legal talent management and operational excellence, including positions at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C. and the Ohio Innocence Project.
