Greater Chicago Area, United States, January 2025 – Jeremy Bloom has joined Kreg Therapeutics as Vice President, Human Resources, bringing extensive experience in workforce planning, HR strategy, talent development, and compliance. In his new role, he will oversee organizational development, employee relations, and HR initiatives to support the company’s continued growth in the healthcare sector.
Prior to joining Kreg Therapeutics, Jeremy served as Human Resources Director at Poclain Hydraulics, where he played a key role in developing HR policies, streamlining business processes, and strengthening workforce engagement. His tenure focused on strategic HR planning, compliance, and optimizing employee experience to drive operational excellence.
Before Poclain Hydraulics, he worked at F.E. Moran Group of Companies as Talent & Culture Director, leading HR transformation initiatives, organizational development, and culture enhancement programs. He also served as Human Resources Director at Elgin Fastener Group, where he focused on compensation strategies, employee retention, and compliance programs to support business growth.
Earlier, Jeremy spent nearly five years at Wildeck, Inc. as People Operations Director, overseeing HR operations, leadership development, and employee relations. He has also held significant HR leadership positions at Nosco, CNH Industrial, and Siemens Healthcare, where he contributed to HR strategy, business partnering, and performance management initiatives.
