Needham, Massachusetts, United States, January 2025 – Amie Dawson has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at Zenas BioPharma, where she will lead human capital strategies, organizational effectiveness, and talent development initiatives to support the company’s growth and innovation in immunology-based therapies.
Prior to this role, Amie Dawson served as Executive Director, Organizational Effectiveness at Zenas BioPharma, playing a key role in enhancing workplace culture, talent acquisition, and leadership development.
Before joining Zenas, she held a five-year tenure at Deciphera Pharmaceuticals, where she progressed from Senior Human Resources Business Partner to Executive Director, Human Resources Business Partner. During this period, she drove HR transformation, talent management, and leadership coaching efforts for the organization.
She also has extensive experience as an HR consultant, providing strategic guidance to biotech, technology, marketing, and retail companies for over nine years. Additionally, she has held senior leadership roles such as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at the Boston Stock Exchange and Associate Director at Cambridge Technology Partners. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior HR Generalist at Mellon Bank.
