Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, February 2026 — Pooja Palchaudhuri has been promoted to the role of Director – Human Resources at Wipro, marking a significant milestone in her long-standing association with the organisation and her career in human resources leadership.
In her elevated role, Pooja will continue to contribute to strengthening Wipro’s people strategy, with a focus on employee relations, strategic workforce planning, and leadership enablement. Her promotion reflects Wipro’s emphasis on recognising internal leadership talent and building continuity across its HR leadership framework.
Pooja has been associated with Wipro for nearly a decade, most recently serving as Associate Director – Human Resources, a role she held from January 2024 to December 2025. Prior to that, she spent over seven years as Human Resources Manager, supporting business-aligned HR initiatives, talent development, and people operations across teams based in Bengaluru.
Earlier in her career, Pooja worked with Cisco Systems (India) Private Limited as a Human Resource Specialist, gaining exposure to global HR practices. She began her professional journey at Wipro as a Human Resources Executive, making her elevation to Director a full-circle progression rooted in deep organisational understanding and sustained performance.
