Nashville, Tennessee, United States – October 2024 – Lauren Herald has begun her role as Senior Director of People Systems at Compassus, where she will lead the development and optimization of HR systems, focusing on integrating Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) across the organization.
Before joining Compassus, Lauren Herald was actively involved as a Board Member and Policy/Nominating Committee Chair at the United Way of South Central Tennessee, where she provided HR consulting expertise and contributed to strategic leadership over a span of more than two years.
Previously, Lauren spent over eight years at Nissan Motor Corporation, where she held multiple roles, including Senior Manager – Manufacturing Human Resources and Workforce Development and Manager, Digital HR (HRIS). Her responsibilities encompassed implementing HR strategies, compliance, talent management, and HR systems transformation to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Before Nissan, Lauren worked at Asurion for over five years. She held roles such as Manager, Technical Support Operations Training and Operations Supervisor, where she focused on talent development, process improvements, and employee engagement.
Lauren’s early career includes roles at HP as a Virtual Training Session Manager and MASTERFOODS USA (Mars Inc.) as an HR/Reporting Assistant, which built her foundational HR expertise.
