Manchester, United Kingdom, September 2024 – Lee Bage has been named Group VP People Operations at Valtech, a global leader in digital experience innovation. In this role, Lee will oversee the company’s people operations across its 25 markets, ensuring the alignment of talent strategies with the company’s commitment to innovation and transformation.
Prior to this role, Lee served as Global People Transformation and Change Director at Valtech (formerly Kin and Carta PLC, before being acquired by Valtech). During this time, Lee partnered with the COO and CFO, driving operational efficiencies and creating a vision for people transformation. Lee’s leadership helped streamline HR operations, yielding significant financial benefits for the company.
Before joining Valtech, Lee held various senior HR roles, including Senior Employee Experience Business Partner at Kin and Carta and People Partner at Gymshark, where Lee played a crucial role in supporting the global HR strategy and leading large-scale people initiatives.
Lee has also worked in HR leadership positions at Virgin Media and Inchcape UK, where they led transformational programs and workforce planning across various regions.
