Munich, Bavaria, Germany, October 2025 – Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH has announced the appointment of Lena Fenner as Director, Head of Regional Talent Acquisition Europe & Canada. In this strategic role, Lena will oversee the company’s talent acquisition strategy across key markets in Europe and Canada, focusing on strengthening Daiichi Sankyo’s employer brand and building high-performing teams that support the company’s continued leadership in innovative pharmaceutical therapies.
Lena Fenner brings over 15 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and HR strategy across the financial services, software, and pharmaceutical sectors. She joined Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH in 2024 as Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Strategy Europe & Canada, where she led regional initiatives to enhance the company’s recruitment capabilities and reinforce its reputation as an employer of choice in the life sciences sector.
Before joining Daiichi Sankyo, she served as Director, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at ATOSS Software AG, a leading German software company, where she played a key role in shaping talent acquisition strategies to support the organization’s rapid expansion in Europe. Her efforts focused on integrating employer branding with recruitment excellence to attract top-tier digital and technology professionals.
Earlier, Lena spent over a decade at State Street, where she rose through multiple leadership roles, including Global Head of Talent Acquisition for Corporate Functions, Regional Talent Acquisition Manager for Benelux, DACH, France & Italy, and Talent Acquisition Manager for the DACH region. She successfully led international recruitment programs and talent pipelines for senior corporate and operational roles across Europe, driving diversity, innovation, and global alignment within one of the world’s leading financial institutions.
She began her career at Michael Page as a Recruitment Consultant and later Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in finance, accounting, and HR, where she honed her expertise in talent advisory and client relationship management for multinational corporations.
