The appointment strengthens LetzRyd’s mission to build a scalable, intelligence-driven fleet operating system for urban mobility
New Delhi, Delhi, India, May 2026 — LetzRyd, a mobility supply infrastructure platform focused on organising and scaling urban transport through technology, has announced the appointment of Ambuj Mishra as its Head of Product. The appointment marks an important step in LetzRyd’s next phase of growth, as the company strengthens its product ecosystem centred around creating an AI-native platform to improve fleet utilisation, automation, and network efficiency.
Urban mobility across India continues to face challenges of fragmented supply, low asset utilisation, and operational inefficiencies. LetzRyd is addressing this by building a unified platform that aggregates supply, enables intelligent decision-making, and improves unit economics for fleet operators and partners.
In his new role, Ambuj will be responsible for leading LetzRyd’s product vision, strategy, and execution. He will focus on building LetzRyd’s core platform – an AI-led fleet operating system designed to optimise supply-demand matching, automate workflows, and create a compounding data advantage across the network.
Ambuj Mishra brings a decade of experience in product management, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-impact consumer and platform products. His expertise spans AI-driven automation, growth engineering, platform strategy, and end-to-end product lifecycle management across sectors.
Commenting on the appointment, Tarun Jain, Founder & CEO, LetzRyd shared, “Mobility today is fundamentally constrained by fragmented supply and low utilisation. At LetzRyd, we are building the infrastructure layer to organise this supply and unlock efficiency at scale. Our approach is to create a system where data, utilisation, and automation continuously reinforce each other.
Ambuj’s experience in building scalable platforms and driving intelligent automation makes him a strong addition as we accelerate towards building a deeply integrated mobility network.”
Speaking on his appointment, Ambuj Mishra, Head of Product, LetzRyd said, “Joining LetzRyd at this phase of growth and momentum is truly exciting. Mobility is ultimately an optimization problem at scale. What excites me about LetzRyd is the opportunity to build a system that improves continuously through data and automation.
The focus will be on increasing utilisation, reducing operational friction, and designing scalable, intelligent systems that deliver long-term value across the ecosystem.”
Ambuj Mishra brings over a decade of experience in product management and platform building across sectors including travel, e-commerce, edtech, proptech, adtech, and gaming. Prior to joining LetzRyd, he held key product leadership roles at Flipkart-Cleartrip, where he led initiatives across booking experience, automation, and growth systems – driving significant improvements in transaction reliability, reducing manual intervention, and enabling scalable growth through personalisation and platform integrations.
Throughout his career, Ambuj has worked with organisations such as Flyhomes, UpGrad, Ajio – Reliance Retail, Affle – RevX, and Ace2Three. Across these roles, he has led multiple 0-to-1 and scale-stage product initiatives, optimised customer journeys, and built systems that improved conversion, engagement, and operational efficiency.
Ambuj holds a MS by Research degree in Electronic System Design from IIIT Bangalore and brings with him a strong foundation in data-driven experimentation, user-centric design, and scalable system architecture. With this appointment, LetzRyd aims to accelerate the development of its platform and strengthen its position as a category-defining mobility infrastructure layer – leveraging AI, automation, and network intelligence to transform urban transport.
LetzRyd is a mobility supply infrastructure platform building technology to organise, optimise, and scale urban transport networks. The company focuses on financial inclusion of Drivers through improving fleet utilisation, enabling intelligent decision-making, and creating a unified ecosystem for drivers, fleet operators, and partners through a unified digital infrastructure designed for efficiency, accessibility, and long-term growth.
