Fishers, Indiana, United States, October 2024 – Lillian Golden has taken on the role of Division Director of Human Resources at Life Care Centers of America. In her new role, Lillian will oversee the HR operations across multiple divisions, focusing on strategic planning, change management, and team leadership. Her responsibilities will include ensuring legal compliance, fostering employee development, and managing HR metrics to align with Life Care Centers of America’s mission of providing exceptional patient care.
Before joining Life Care Centers of America, Lillian served as the Head of Human Resources at Electra Vehicles, Inc., where she led HR operations remotely from Milan, Italy. During her nearly two-year tenure, she managed global HR strategies, regulatory compliance, and employee learning and development initiatives.
Lillian also held a senior leadership role at 1Password as the Sr. Manager of HR Operations, where she directed HR policy formulation, performance improvement, and strategic partnerships. Her diverse experience in HR includes working as a Sr. HRBP/Employee Relations Manager at Westat, where she developed compliant Affirmative Action Plans and facilitated communication between employees and management.
