In this strategic leadership role, Lillian will be responsible for overseeing all human resource functions, driving talent strategies, and fostering a strong employee culture aligned with the company’s values of quality, commitment, and community.
Prior to joining Tori Richard, Ltd., Lillian served for nearly seven years at Servco Pacific Inc., where she most recently held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Employee Engagement. Her work there focused on building robust talent pipelines, strengthening leadership development programs, and championing engagement across the enterprise.

Before that, she gained progressive HR experience over three years at Kamehameha Schools, taking on roles including Recruitment Services Supervisor, Senior Recruiter, and Recruiter, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening recruitment practices and talent outreach initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Lillian held talent acquisition roles at top-tier technology companies including Palantir Technologies, Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America, Google, and Netflix. Her experience at these innovation-driven organizations has shaped her strategic and people-first approach to HR leadership.
