In her new role, Linda will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s human capital strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving workforce transformation to support business growth.
Linda has been with The Catalyst Group since 2024, serving as Director of Employee Experience, where she played a critical role in enhancing employee engagement, talent development, and workplace culture. Prior to that, she was Human Resources Director at BroadReach, leading HR initiatives for over two years. She also held key leadership roles at Woolworths Financial Services, where she spent nearly six years, overseeing talent and transformation strategies to drive organizational growth.
Earlier in her career, Linda served as Human Resource Manager at NCC Environmental Services, where she was instrumental in strengthening HR frameworks and policies. She also gained valuable experience as an Environmental Recruitment Consultant at IAIA, building expertise in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
