Canada, October 2025 – Linda Lee has joined Rula as Chief People Officer, marking a significant addition to the company’s leadership team. In this strategic role, Linda will oversee global people strategy, employee experience, and culture transformation, aligning HR and talent initiatives with Rula’s mission to make quality mental healthcare accessible for all.
Before joining Rula, Linda served as Chief People and Culture Officer at Velocity Global, where she played a pivotal role in building a comprehensive people strategy encompassing Total Rewards, Global Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Employee Experience. Her tenure also saw her leading corporate communications and marketing, successfully rebuilding the marketing funnel and driving brand engagement across the organization.
Previously, Linda spent over five years with Anaplan, where she progressed through multiple leadership roles including Chief Culture Officer, VP, Executive Communications and Culture, and Senior Director, Culture and Communications. She was instrumental in developing the company’s global culture initiatives, spearheading DEIB programs, and advising the executive team through major transitions such as taking the company public and later private.
Earlier, Linda was Director of Business Operations and Program Strategy at Red Hat, where she advised senior executives on operations, finance, and change management projects while leading cross-functional teams to enhance leadership effectiveness. She also spent five years at Cisco in various strategy and communications roles, where she supported the EVP and CFO in driving cultural transformation and internal engagement across the finance organization.
Linda’s early career includes impactful roles at Qualcomm and the Government of Canada, where she managed major global initiatives in communications, public policy, and international relations. Her work during this phase built her foundation in cross-cultural leadership, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement.
