Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, United States, March 2025 – Lindsay Komlos has been appointed as Executive Director, People Advisory at Ankura. In this new role, she will bring her extensive experience in human resources strategy, people operations, and talent management to drive advisory solutions for the organization’s clients.
Komlos has been a key part of Ankura for nearly three years, holding pivotal roles that shaped the company’s people strategy. Prior to her promotion, she served as Senior Director, People Advisory, where she played a crucial role in aligning talent solutions with business needs. Before that, she was Senior Director, People Operations, leading operational initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement.
Before joining Ankura, Komlos spent 14 years at Westinghouse Electric Company, where she contributed significantly to HR transformation. As Human Resources Business Operations Partner, she led strategic workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives. She also held roles as HR Manager and Senior Human Resource Consultant, where she was instrumental in designing HR policies, managing employee relations, and supporting large-scale business transformations.
Earlier in her career, Komlos worked at Target as ETL Human Resources, gaining foundational experience in HR operations, leadership development, and talent acquisition. Her time at Target allowed her to develop a strong understanding of people management in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
Komlos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Robert Morris University.
