With nearly five years at Hoffmann Brothers, Brendan Whitt has been instrumental in shaping the company’s HR operations, payroll systems, and workforce engagement strategies.
Prior to his promotion, he served as Human Resources Manager, where he streamlined HR processes, enhanced employee relations, and drove leadership development. Before that, as Human Resources Lead and HR Generalist, he played a key role in HR compliance, policy implementation, and payroll management.
Before joining Hoffmann Brothers, Brendan gained valuable HR and accounting experience at Crossroads Hospice and United Way of Greater St. Louis, where he managed recruitment, payroll processing, and staff development. His strong background in people management, organizational leadership, and operational efficiency makes him well-equipped to lead Hoffmann Brothers’ People Operations division.
