Cleveland, Ohio, October 2024 – Lindsay Longsworth has recently taken on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at HKM Direct Market Communications. In this position, Lindsay will be responsible for overseeing HR strategy, employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning, playing a pivotal role in supporting HKM’s growth and operational goals.
Before joining HKM Direct Market Communications, Lindsay served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Waste Dynamics for over five years. In this role, she was instrumental in building HR processes, leading employee engagement initiatives, and supporting organizational development.
Prior to that, Lindsay was the Manager of People & Culture at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, where she focused on improving employee culture, recruitment, and HR operations for Cleveland’s landmark Kimpton Schofield Hotel.
Lindsay also worked as an HR Consultant at Technical Resources, Inc., where she collaborated with hiring managers and conducted behavioral interviews, helping organizations make informed hiring decisions.
Earlier in her career, Lindsay spent several years at TOA Technologies (now Oracle), where she played a key role in onboarding, employee engagement, and benefits administration, including support during the company’s acquisition by Oracle.
