In this strategic leadership role, Lindsey will oversee both the organization’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) practice and its proprietary HireGate technology platform, driving the convergence of human potential and digital innovation within the evolving talent ecosystem.
Lindsey’s career at People Science spans nearly 16 years, during which she has been an integral part of the company’s growth and transformation. Before her current role, she served as Director of Recruiting, managing a team of 15–20 employees while overseeing large-scale recruitment operations across multiple sectors including call centers, healthcare, sales, and technology. Her leadership was pivotal in scaling teams efficiently, building strong client partnerships, and aligning talent operations with organizational objectives.
Simultaneously, Lindsey played a key role in HireGate, the recruitment technology arm of People Science. As part of the Operations and Innovations team for nearly 11 years, she contributed significantly to the product’s evolution from an internal recruitment enhancement tool to a fully independent platform. Her expertise in recruitment operations and system integration helped shape HireGate into a high-performing solution that streamlines candidate and recruiter management for global clients.
Before joining People Science, Lindsey worked with Options Employment Resources, where she led a 10-member recruiting agency, managed over 35 client contracts, and refined processes in candidate evaluation, client management, and staffing logistics. Her early career success in staffing and agency leadership provided the foundation for her future achievements in large-scale talent management and HR technology innovation.
