Copenhagen, Denmark, September 2024 — EIVEE™, a leader in carbon management solutions, has announced the appointment of Line Fangholm Bak as the new Head of People & Culture. In this role, Line will be responsible for shaping the company’s people strategy, driving cultural initiatives, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment as EIVEE™ continues to expand its footprint in the industry.
Line Fangholm Bak is the owner of RELATION, a business she has managed for over three years, focusing on life and business coaching. At RELATION, she has been instrumental in guiding individuals and organizations in personal development, leadership coaching, and strategic HR consulting.
Prior to her entrepreneurial venture, Line served as the HR Manager at GO DREAM for three years, where she was responsible for all HR activities, including employee engagement, organizational development, and HR strategy. Her role also involved being a key member of the management team, driving change management, and aligning global and local HR policies.
Line’s experience also includes her time as a Human Resources Development Consultant at CP Kelco, where she focused on HR development projects, training and development, and performance management. She was responsible for various HR initiatives that supported the company’s growth and employee satisfaction.
Before that, Line held the position of Head of HR at Just Eat Takeaway.com, overseeing HR operations in Denmark and Norway. Her responsibilities included business partnering, recruitment, engagement surveys, and managing collective bargaining agreements.
Additionally, she has held various HR roles at Diesel and Sony Network Communications Europe, where she gained extensive experience in HR management, organizational development, and employee relations across the Nordic region.
