Denver, Colorado, United States, July 2025 – Lisa Botz has taken on a new role as Chief Human Resources Officer at Helix Traffic Solutions, LLC. In her new position, Lisa will lead the company’s HR strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness as Helix continues its expansion across traffic control and work zone management services nationwide.
Lisa joins Helix after a successful five-year tenure as CHRO at EIS, where she played a critical role in aligning HR with strategic business objectives and spearheading key talent initiatives. Her leadership contributed to driving people-centric transformation and performance across the organization.
Before EIS, Lisa spent nearly five years at Senneca Holdings, where she served as both Chief Human Resources Officer and earlier as Vice President of Human Resources. She led HR efforts during a period of growth and change, building leadership frameworks and streamlining workforce strategies.
She also held the role of Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Human Relations at Chase Doors, and earlier, Director of HR at United Pet Group, where she had a nearly nine-year tenure. Her contributions included leading due diligence for acquisitions, implementing HRIS platforms, and driving employee engagement strategies across multiple locations.
Earlier in her career, Lisa served in senior HR roles at KV Pharmaceutical, Deutsche Financial Services, and other firms, gaining deep expertise in benefits, compensation, M&A integration, and compliance. She holds an Executive MBA from Colorado State University College of Business, earned in 2023.
