With a strong background in talent management, cultural transformation, and HR strategy, Lisa brings a wealth of experience that will be instrumental in driving the company’s growth and nurturing its innovative culture.
Before joining BioLamina, Lisa Brandhorst-Satzkorn served as Group Talent Manager at OX2 in Stockholm, where she played a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth journey through talent management, employee engagement, and cultural development over a period of more than a year.
Prior to OX2, Lisa held significant roles at Skanska for over six years. She was the Vice President of Talent & Culture from 2021 to 2023, where she led the development and implementation of People & Culture strategies, and earlier as Vice President of Talent Management, she was responsible for the global talent management strategy, focusing on leadership development and HRIS.
Lisa’s earlier career includes her role as Senior HR Business Partner & Diversity Manager at Tieto, where she led HR strategies and diversity initiatives, and as HR Director at Emric AB, where she managed HR functions during a critical acquisition period by Tieto.
