Milan, Lombardy, Italy, September 2025 — Lisa Foltran has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer at Ambienta, a leading European asset manager focused on sustainability-driven investments. In her new role, Lisa will oversee the financial strategy, reporting, and operational planning of the firm, ensuring alignment with Ambienta’s mission of driving long-term value creation through sustainability.
Lisa joins Ambienta after a distinguished career at Allianz Bank Financial Advisors, where she served as Director of Finance and Accounting, responsible for accounting, data management, and artificial intelligence initiatives. During her tenure, she also held the role of Head of Planning & Controlling, contributing to business planning, strategy, and financial management.
Previously, Lisa held multiple leadership positions within Allianz, including Head of Life Control Unit, Strategy, Corporate Development & Market Intelligence, and roles in the CEO Office and Project Management functions across Milan and Munich. These experiences equipped her with strong expertise in forecasting, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, and strategic development.
Her career began with consultancy and research experiences at Advanced Strategic Consulting in Madrid and the Rino Snaidero Scientific Foundation in Italy, before joining Allianz through the Allianz Talent Program. With over 15 years of expertise across finance, strategy, and corporate development, Lisa is well-positioned to strengthen Ambienta’s financial leadership and sustainability-focused growth.
