Atlanta, Georgia, United States, November 2025 — Samantha Evans has been appointed as Director, Talent Strategy Delivery at Unity Technologies, a leading platform for creating and operating real-time 3D (RT3D) content. In her new role, Samantha will lead the global Talent Strategy Consultant team, ensuring operational excellence and alignment across global talent programs, performance management cycles, and leadership development initiatives. She will partner closely with Unity’s VP of Talent Strategy and Chief People Officer to drive scalable, data-driven people strategies that empower teams worldwide.
Samantha has been with Unity for over seven years, during which she has played an instrumental role in shaping the company’s people strategy and operational frameworks. Most recently, she served as Director, People PMO, where she unified global project management functions across the People organization—streamlining processes, establishing shared planning systems, and driving strategic alignment across regions and business units.
Before that, she was Director, People Operations Programs, leading critical global programs encompassing technology and vendor management, diversity recruiting, contingent workforce management, global mobility, onboarding, and HR service delivery. Her work helped scale Unity’s people operations infrastructure to support its rapidly expanding global workforce.
Previously, as Global Head of Recruiting Programs, Samantha managed teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, introducing innovations in recruiting systems, analytics, and compliance programs. She designed global frameworks for internal mobility, interviewer training, and employer branding, and strengthened Unity’s partnerships across IT, legal, and people analytics functions to drive efficiency and transparency.
Before joining Unity, Samantha worked at Flexport as Global Recruiting Operations Manager, where she led recruiting operations across multiple international hubs, and at Airbnb, where she spent nearly four years in key roles, including Recruiting Strategy & Operations Program Manager. There, she helped develop the global recruiting operations function, managed partnerships with major HR technology vendors, and led data analytics initiatives to inform talent strategies. Her earlier experiences at Minted, Marriott International, and Gaylord Entertainment built a strong foundation in hospitality, operations, and people leadership.
