New York City, New York, United States, December 2024 – Lisa Inserra has stepped into the role of Vice President, Talent Acquisition at ABM Industries, bringing over three decades of expertise in talent management and corporate recruiting. In her new position, Lisa will lead strategies to attract, source, and acquire top talent across ABM Industries’ diverse service offerings, aligning talent acquisition with the company’s growth objectives.
Lisa joined ABM Industries after two years as Vice President, Staff & Management Recruitment at Sodexo, where she developed and executed recruitment strategies for management and executive-level roles, driving organizational success. Previously, she served as Interim Vice President and Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Sodexo, a tenure that spanned over 31 years. During this time, Lisa implemented innovative sourcing strategies and led large-scale recruitment initiatives.
Earlier in her career, Lisa held operational roles at Sodexo, including District Manager, overseeing multiple accounts with a total managed volume exceeding $35 million. Her leadership extended to managing a team of over 400 employees, fostering operational excellence.
Lisa earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business from Western Connecticut State University, further strengthening her leadership and strategic management capabilities.
