Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, February 2025 – Lisa Mullen has joined Gravyty as Senior Director of Human Resources, where she will lead HR strategy, employee experience, and organizational development to support the company’s mission of empowering institutions through technology-driven engagement solutions. With extensive experience in HR leadership, talent management, and culture-building, Lisa is expected to drive workforce engagement and operational efficiency at Gravyty.
Before joining Gravyty, Lisa was with Assent for over two years, serving as Director of Employee Experience Operations and previously as Senior Employee Experience Business Partner. In these roles, she played a key part in enhancing employee engagement, HR operations, and talent development strategies for the organization’s global workforce.
Prior to that, Lisa served as Director of Human Resources at Case IQ (formerly i-Sight), where she spearheaded HR strategy and talent acquisition to support business growth. She also held key HR leadership roles at HEXO Corp, including Vice President, HR Business Operations, where she was instrumental in organizational development, performance management, and leadership coaching.
Earlier in her career, Lisa held HR leadership positions at BetterU Education Corporation, Saba Software, Halogen Software, The Ottawa Hospital, and Adobe Systems, gaining extensive experience in HR operations, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning. With over two decades of HR expertise, she is well-equipped to drive HR excellence and culture transformation at Gravyty.
