Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, December 2024 – Liz Collins has been named Director, Human Capital at LLR Partners. In her new role, Liz will leverage her extensive expertise in executive search and human capital strategies to support the firm’s Value Creation Team in driving impactful growth initiatives for its portfolio companies.
Liz joined LLR Partners in October 2021 as Senior Associate, Human Capital, where she played a critical role in implementing processes, building systems, and providing strategic growth support for the firm’s technology and healthcare portfolio companies.
Before LLR, Liz spent over eight years at Salveson Stetson Group as an Executive Search Consultant, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for C-suite and other executive-level roles across various industries, including private equity-backed businesses. She developed deep expertise in engaging top-tier talent and delivering strategic hiring solutions.
Her earlier career includes significant roles at Mitchell Madison Group as Associate, Campus Recruitment, where she facilitated undergraduate and MBA recruitment at top-tier schools, and at Time Inc., where she supported internal clients such as FORTUNE, MONEY, and ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY in an HR generalist capacity.
