Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, United States, May 2026 – Justin Ricketts has started his new position as Chief Technology Officer at CohnReznick, bringing extensive leadership experience across technology, product innovation, and digital transformation. In this role, he will lead the firm’s technology strategy, driving innovation and enabling advanced solutions to support clients’ evolving business needs.
Justin Ricketts joins CohnReznick after serving as EVP & Chief Technology Officer at Goosehead Insurance Agency, where he led enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives in a fast-growing insurance business.
Prior to this, he spent over six years with Sabre Corporation as Chief Product & Technology Officer – Sabre Hospitality Solutions, where he played a key role in transforming technology platforms and enhancing product capabilities in the hospitality sector.
Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles including Vice President at HMS, VP/CTO at Unum, and Chief Information Officer at Susan G. Komen for the Cure, where he led large-scale IT modernization and digital initiatives.
He also served as Executive Director at Kaiser Permanente and Director at WellPoint, building deep expertise across healthcare, insurance, and technology ecosystems.
With over two decades of experience in technology leadership, Justin brings a strong capability to align digital innovation with business strategy across complex organizations.
