Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, May 2026 – Indrek Pari has started his new role as Chief Technology Officer – Intelligent Financial Infrastructure at Kifiya Financial Technology PLC, marking a significant leadership move in Africa’s rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem. In this role, he will lead the development and scaling of Kifiya’s financial infrastructure platforms, enabling inclusive access to financial services for underserved segments.
Indrek Pari joins Kifiya Financial Technology PLC with extensive global experience in fintech, digital infrastructure, and platform engineering. In his new role, he is focused on building and scaling Kifiya’s API-first financial rails, covering payments, credit, wallets, KYC, and related services, while enabling seamless integration with banks, microfinance institutions, telecom operators, and government systems.
Prior to this, he served as Chief Technology Officer at Keed Ghana, where he led end-to-end technology strategy and execution for digital payments, remittances, and credit solutions. During his tenure, he successfully built multiple fintech products, introduced AI-driven systems for onboarding and monitoring, and transformed the company into a multi-product fintech platform.
He also worked as a Fintech Expert at Technology Innovation Institute, where he provided strategic leadership for central bank-led digital financial infrastructure initiatives, focusing on next-generation payment systems, blockchain integration, and cross-border remittance solutions.
Earlier, he held multiple CTO roles across global organizations including tmam, Red Planet Hotels, Eqwal, Fiinu Bank, and Global Kapital Group, where he led large-scale technology transformations, built high-performing engineering teams, and developed scalable financial platforms across regions including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
With deep expertise in fintech architecture, cloud infrastructure, AI-driven systems, and financial platforms, Indrek brings a strong capability to build next-generation financial ecosystems at scale.
