Los Angeles Metropolitan Area ,United States, May 2026 — Jennifer Ross Harned has started a new position as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at EarthOptics, bringing extensive executive leadership experience across operations, finance, strategic growth, business transformation, and organizational scaling.
Before joining EarthOptics, Jennifer served as President, Executive Director Business Management & Publishing Operations at Penguin Random House (BOOM! Studios), where she led company performance, profitable growth, and post-acquisition integration strategies. Prior to that, she held the role of Chief Financial Officer & General Manager at BOOM! Studios, successfully positioning the organization for strategic transition while driving operational modernization and revenue expansion.
Earlier in her career, Jennifer worked as an Advisor/Fractional Executive for multiple organizations, supporting strategic transformation, operational optimization, and business acceleration. She also held multiple senior executive leadership roles at Vista Outdoor, BRG Sports, Easton-Bell Sports, THQ, Guitar Center, and Deloitte & Touche, building deep expertise in P&L leadership, finance, supply chain, commercialization, M&A, operational excellence, and enterprise strategy.
With more than two decades of executive leadership experience, Jennifer’s appointment positions EarthOptics strongly as it continues scaling advanced soil intelligence, carbon analytics, and sustainable agricultural technologies.
