Liz Cook steps into her new role at Flock with an impressive background in human resources and people management, spanning over three decades. Prior to joining Flock, Cook was a self-employed People and Culture Consultant, where she lent her expertise to various organizations, emphasizing the critical role of HR in business strategy and growth. Her journey before consulting included significant roles at DEMICA and Six Degrees, where she held the position of Chief People Officer. During her tenure at DEMICA, Cook was instrumental in developing and executing strategic recruitment planning, performance motivation, and implementing critical changes in human resource development that aligned with the company’s long-term objectives.
Cook’s career has been marked by her ability to drive strategic human resources leadership, with a strong focus on building relationships, fostering cultural awareness, and enhancing business efficiency.
