Selangor, Malaysia, July 2024 – Liz Ibrahim has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer at RichWorks International Sdn Bhd. With extensive experience in human resources, Liz brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.
Liz Ibrahim has been with RichWorks International Sdn Bhd for approximately 2 years and 1 month. Prior to her current role, she served as the Human Resources Director for about 2 months. Before that, Liz held the position of Vice President Human Resources for around 7 months. In these roles, she managed various HR functions including communication, employee relations, staff development, HR policies, leadership, and process improvement.
Before joining RichWorks, Liz worked at Astra Nine Sdn Bhd as an HR Advisor / Certified Trainer for about 2.5 years. Her responsibilities included positive employee relations, HR management, staff development, and training & development.
Prior to Astra Nine, Liz was the Head Of Unit, HR at Beta Tegap Sdn Bhd for approximately 1.5 years. Her role involved strategic HR management, learning & development, staff welfare, employee relations, and performance management.
Earlier in her career, Liz served as the Manager – HR & Administration at Tradewinds Facilities Management Sdn Bhd for about 2 years. Her responsibilities included human resources management, learning & development, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
