Zurich, Switzerland – October 2024 – Lorenzo Tinelli has joined Lalique Group SA as the new Group Head of Human Resources. In this role, Lorenzo will oversee the development of HR strategies that align with Lalique Group’s vision of fostering a vibrant, motivated workforce. He will be responsible for driving cultural transformation, talent development, and HR policies that promote innovation, engagement, and sustainable growth within the organization.
Prior to this, Lorenzo served as Group Head of Organisation and Talent Development at Lalique Group since June 2024, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening organizational structures and guiding talent initiatives across multiple departments.
Earlier, Lorenzo was the HR Director for Jabil’s regulated industries in Europe, where he spent over five years. During his tenure, he led HR strategy implementation, talent management, and cultural transformation efforts across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with Jabil’s strategic goals. His focus included enhancing compensation, employee engagement, and merger communication processes.
Lorenzo’s earlier experience includes regional and HR leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Sorin Group, where he managed HR functions for diverse teams across manufacturing, R&D, regulatory affairs, and clinical operations. His expertise in performance management, talent succession, and change leadership was instrumental in these roles.
Lorenzo has also held senior HR positions at Flextronics, Sigma-Aldrich, and Nortel Networks, where he managed global HR initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and compliance processes. His contributions have been marked by his ability to drive strategic HR planning, foster leadership development, and manage complex organizational transformations.
