Chicago, United States, September 2024 – Lori Held has recently started her new role as Vice President, Global Total Rewards at eXp Realty, where she will be responsible for leading the company’s compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across its global operations.
Before taking on her new position, Lori served as Vice President, People Operations at eXp Realty for a year and a half. During her tenure, she led strategic initiatives that strengthened the company’s human resources operations and enhanced the employee experience across North America.
Prior to that, Lori held the position of Director, People Ops North America and Total Rewards at eXp Realty. In this role, she was instrumental in designing and implementing total rewards strategies for North American operations, including benefits, wellness programs, and compensation management.
Earlier in her career, Lori spent over 16 years at HAVI, where she held several senior HR positions. Her final role at HAVI was Sr. Manager, HR Operations, where she led a team responsible for employee benefits, HRIS management, and employee services for the North American region. Lori played a key role in aligning HR systems and policies across HAVI’s group companies and was involved in critical projects such as HRIS implementation and employee wellness initiatives.
Lori’s extensive background in HR and operations has equipped her with deep expertise in developing and managing total rewards programs, employee experience initiatives, and HR technology, making her a valuable asset in her new role at eXp Realty.
