London, United Kingdom, June 2024 – Lorraine Kelly has been appointed as the Director Culture & Talent (Deputy CPO) at King’s College London. With over 20 years of experience in organizational development and human resources, Lorraine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.

Lorraine Kelly has been with King’s College London for approximately 8 years and 3 months. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of Organisational Development for about 4 years and 9 months. In this capacity, Lorraine led strategic OD plans, demonstrated strong leadership and problem-solving skills, and was dedicated to developing people and organizations. She was significantly involved in staff engagement, organizational feedback, wellbeing, workplace culture, talent management, and learning and development.

Before that, Lorraine held the position of Deputy Director of Organisational Development for approximately 5 years and 10 months. She focused on staff engagement and well-being strategies, managed change programmes supporting culture change, and worked extensively on leadership and development. Lorraine also served as the Head of Engagement and Development for about 8 years and 3 months, leading institutional staff surveys, action plans, and various developmental frameworks.

Lorraine’s earlier career includes roles as a Project Manager Organisational Development and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer/Deputy Head at Kingston University for nearly 14 years. She was responsible for delivering the People Strategy, leading staff engagement activities, managing cultural change exercises, and providing equality and diversity-related training.
