California, United States, January 2025 – Lorraine Quintanar has joined Mindful Health Solutions as the Chief People Officer, where she will lead human capital management, talent strategy, and organizational culture for the rapidly growing behavioral health company. With a focus on workforce engagement and leadership development, Lorraine will play a crucial role in supporting Mindful Health Solutions’ mission of delivering cutting-edge mental health treatments.
Before joining Mindful Health Solutions, Lorraine served as Chief Talent Officer at US Medical Management, now HarmonyCares, where she led talent acquisition and workforce development across multiple locations. She was instrumental in scaling recruitment efforts and driving talent strategies to support healthcare operations.
Previously, she held the position of Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Physician Recruitment, and New Employee Experience at Duly Health and Care, where she managed end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding strategies, helping to attract top healthcare professionals to the organization.
Lorraine also spent over five years at Optum, holding multiple leadership roles, including Director of Strategy & Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Director of Program Development & Training. She played a key role in building strategic recruitment programs, training initiatives, and improving operational efficiencies.
Her earlier career includes seven years at UnitedHealth Group, where she worked as Master Recruiter and Project Manager, leading talent acquisition initiatives and supporting organizational growth through strategic workforce planning.
